About The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic P&C Manager to lead the People & Capability functions within a passionate not-for-profit organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape HR strategies that directly impact the Wellington community, working in a role that offers both purpose and influence. This is a 12 month fixed‑term role that will enable you to make a considerable contribution in a busy, fast‑paced environment. In this role, you will support the Chief Executive in delivering comprehensive HR initiatives, leading a dedicated team across HR and Payroll. Your expertise will drive policy development, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring the organisation's workforce is motivated, supported, and aligned with its vital mission. You'll be pivotal in cultivating a thriving, people‑centred culture that meets the needs of a community‑focused setting.
