Our Customer Specialists play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and supporting customers with their everyday banking needs. We're looking for a full-time Customer Specialist to join our Glenfield team. This role works on a flexible roster across Monday to Sunday, so you'll need to be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including weekends. As a Customer Specialist, You'll Welcome customers and help them with a range of banking enquiries and transactions Identify customer needs and connect them with the right products, services or specialists Educate and support customers to confidently use ASB's digital banking tools Deliver personalised solutions and outstanding customer experiences Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer and business outcomes Why Glenfield? We specifically seek someone who is fluent in both English and Filipino (Tagalog) and can confidently engage with customers in both languages. Your language skills will play an important role in helping customers feel welcomed, understood, and supported throughout their banking journey.
