About the Role This opportunity allows you to contribute to a major digital transformation program while owning product delivery across complex service platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, influencing outcomes that directly improve operational efficiency and customer experience in a highly visible, priority initiative. Responsibilities Lead backlog prioritisation; giving you exposure to cross‑functional delivery teams Define epics and user stories; letting you drive tangible platform outcomes Collaborate across business, tech, and vendors; building influence at scale Facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies; sharpening your SAFe/Agile expertise Work Environment Hybrid working: 3 days office, 2 days home Qualifications Product ownership experience; delivering complex enterprise solutions Agile/SAFe expertise; enabling effective backlog and delivery flow Salesforce or similar platform exposure; supporting scalable implementations Stakeholder leadership; driving alignment across business and tech About the Company We’re excited to partner with a large, public‑sector organisation delivering essential services across a major region.
