The Role Working closely with senior brokers, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure across all aspects of commercial broking, including: Supporting the management of an existing commercial portfolio Growing your book via trusted referral partners and an established pipeline Assisting with renewals, endorsements, and client queries Building relationships with clients and insurer partners Progressively taking ownership of your own clients and portfolio This is a structured pathway into a full broking role, with strong mentorship and clear development milestones.
