# Business Service Coordinator - Fixed Term - Christchurch at Fire and Emergency New Zealand, Canterbury## Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role* Support the teams that protect New Zealand communities* Come join our collaborative and inclusive team* Salary range $59,674 - $66,304 (pro rata) dependent on skills and experienceBring your administrative expertise and customer-focused approach to a role where your work makes a real difference.**Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role**This role is a fixed term opportunity till 12 February 2027**,** reporting to the Business Services Manager this role is responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative functions for regional staff including asset management, finance and procurement, volunteer support activities, minute taking, and meeting administration, reception duties and back-office support.* Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and accommodation* Provide project coordination and administrative support* Assist with financial processing, procurement, and supplier management* Support asset, property, and information management activities* Deliver first-line support for business systems and ICT enquiries* Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes, and communications* Contribute to process improvement and business continuity initiatives**This is a fixed-term role starting ASAP through to 12 February 2027****Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role:**You will be highly motivated with a proactive outlook towards improving business processes within an organisation.
