Job Description

Our Anaplan practice is looking to grow the team, hiring consultants at all levels. We pride ourselves on delivering some of the best Anaplan projects across Australia, NZ and Singapore. We are looking for high‑calibre consultants (Located in Australia, New Zealand or Singapore) who enjoy solving complex business problems, working directly with clients and helping organisations modernise the way they plan. You will work closely with clients to design and implement modern planning solutions across a range of industries, including mining, insurance, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods and more. Responsibilities Depending on your background and experience, responsibilities may include: Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements Configuring and implementing planning technology solutions Leading (or supporting) solution architecture and integration discussions Designing future‑state planning processes Performing hands‑on data analysis and modelling Supporting testing, training and deployment activities Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders Contributing to practice growth and internal capability development Responsible for: Leading Analysis & Design process. This involves taking requirements, translating this into a functional design in Anaplan. Employing proven delivery methodology to achieve project success as agreed with customers; technical, functional and business outcomes of a project. Maintaining a high standard of professional communications. Developing and building the solution to the agreed design. Accountabilities Interpretation of technical and business requirements to design the data‑driven solutions and implement these solutions. Communicate with stakeholders, business and technical project teams, infrastructure and operational support to ensure the role and responsibilities for the solution delivery and support are understood. Alignment of solution with tactical and strategic values and plans within the client organisation. Estimate and plan project deliverables and success criteria. Identify project Risks and Assumptions. Identify all potential change requests and work with designated Consultants/Project Manager on these variations. Participate in post‑implementation review and assume ownership of any actions. Desired Skills and Experience 6+ years of experience in Anaplan or similar technologies (Workday Adaptive Planning, Board, TM1, Planful, etc.) Multiple end‑to‑end implementations as the solution architect, operating with minimal or no oversight. Bachelor educated in relevant roles including Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or similar disciplines.
