Responsibilities Deliver month‑end, financial reporting, and compliance outputs with a strong focus on quality. Support planning and forecasting cycles, contributing to performance reporting and insight. Provide clear financial information and analysis to support decision making. Partner with team and initiative leads to support delivery through reliable finance input. Work across different finance activities and initiatives as priorities shift. Build trusted relationships across Finance and the wider business through clear communication. Contribute to finance projects or areas such as investment analysis, risk, or assurance as you grow your experience and understanding in this role. Qualifications About 3 years’ experience in financial accounting (audit is a bonus). A strong foundation in financial reporting, controls, and compliance. The ability to interpret financial results and communicate them clearly. Confidence working with stakeholders and building trusted relationships. A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities. A Chartered Accountant qualification or progress toward one.
