This role is a permanent, part-time AM position, working 16 hours per week as follows: Sunday and Monday – 0645 – 1515 = 16hrs There may also be the opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired. Some of the great things you will be doing: Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care. Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills Work collaboratively with other team members Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families. Provide compassionate and high-level care. About you You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have: Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate Strong nursing experience, aged care - even better! Up to date knowledge of wound care management Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
