As a Team Coach, you will lead a team of Support Workers at our residential service, supporting up to 16 residents as they transition towards independent living in the community. You will play a key role in leading and developing our service. Your main responsibilities will include: Developing meaningful and collaborative relationships with stakeholders Providing regular coaching and being focused on inspiring every member of your team Ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources Collaborating with services, such as MHAIDs, PHOs, and the wider community and social sector to implement personalised plans. Support the team in their mahi to exceed their personal best in everything they do. This is a full‑time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Additionally, you will be part of a rotating after‑hours on‑call roster. Mōu | You We are looking for a registered clinician with leadership experience and a strong sense of purpose for your mahi.
