Oracle Lead Finance Functional Consultant

Essential Job Functions Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technology challenges and delivering customized solutions. Collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions that address clients' technology challenges. Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts – participate in proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations. Provide insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division. Assist in overseeing the financial performance of the division, adhering to budgets, and ensuring profitability. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in consulting Proven experience: strong record of successful projects in consulting Proficiency in consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA) Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
