Associate - Architect

Associate Architect Shape meaningful architecture across the Pacific with Beca. Our architects do more than design buildings; we help create resilient, sustainable communities across the Pacific region. Responsibilities Take ownership of projects from early concept through to delivery. Lead projects, influence outcomes, and grow impact. Deliver projects that balance design intent with real-world needs, responding to climate and resilience challenges. Build trusted client relationships and support growth of the work. Travel within the Pacific as part of the role. Qualifications Degree in Architecture and professional registration. Proven experience leading projects within a consultancy environment. Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills. Confidence delivering projects from concept through to completion. Advanced Revit capability. Bonus: Experience working on Pacific or international projects. Familiarity with the International Building Code (IBC). Experience using Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, or SketchUp.
