Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry leading experiential and field marketing organisation with a mobile workforce community over 2,500 strong across Australia and NZ. Located within Rangiora you will be responsible for maintaining and building store relationships on a casual basis, helping BIG support major FMCG Brands. About the Role Seeking a reliable Merchandiser for an 8 week leave cover. This fixed term opportunity may lead to ongoing work for the right person. Leave period: 12th July – 12th September. Up to 20 hours per week. Weekly schedule: SUN – after 12pm (anytime); MON – before 2pm (tasks MUST be completed by 2pm); WED/THURS – hours dependent on business requirements. Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining quality relationships in stores Installing Point of Sale Auditing, compliance and quality checks Submitting tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally Qualifications Retail and/or supermarket experience is highly desirable but not necessary Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive Benefits A great hourly rate of $26.80 + 8% loading A fun and exciting company culture Hours allocated 2 weeks in advance Ongoing training and development Additional work hours within the business Internal rewards program Create Influence, Think BIG! #J-18808-Ljbffr
