Communicating effectively with managers, colleagues, and customers. Performing electrical and trade measure works as required. Ensuring all service, maintenance, and installation work meets high standards. Prioritising health and safety in all tasks. About You Mechanical mind with 5+ years' experience as a fitter or similar. At least 3–4 years of practical hands‑on electrical experience. Strong customer service skills, as technicians are the face of the business. Excellent communication abilities.
