About The Opportunity Step into a pivotal HR leadership role where you’ll partner with senior leaders across corporate functions to shape organisational performance, culture, and capability. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead enterprise-wide people initiatives, influence strategic decisions, and drive meaningful change across the business. Lead end-to-end HR strategy and delivery across corporate functions, including workforce planning, talent, reward, and employee relations Partner with senior leaders to strengthen capability, engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness Provide trusted coaching and guidance on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and people decisions Oversee complex ER and IR matters, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and driving proactive interventions Leverage workforce insights and people metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve business outcomes About You You’re a strategic and commercially minded HR leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to influence at the highest levels. With a strong generalist background, you bring both the confidence to challenge and the credibility to build trust with senior stakeholders.
