Physiotherapist (1.0 FTE fixed term) Nelson Physiotherapist, Nelson Hospital, Fixed Term Full-time This role allows you to work alongside clients, building relationships and being with them throughout the whole way of their health journey. About the Role As a Physiotherapist, you will enjoy working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, providing quality assessment and goal‑oriented interventions through a patient‑centred approach. This role requires you to be adaptable to change, resourceful and flexible to service needs. Normal hours of work are between Monday – Friday between the range of 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This role contributes to the weekend roster and on‑call is required. It is fixed‑term parental leave cover until August 2027, working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE). Please view the position description for further information. About you As a Physiotherapist, you will: Be adaptable to change, resourceful and flexible to service needs. Be a NZ Registered Physiotherapist with comprehensive clinical assessment. Have problem‑solving skills with the experience and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. Have excellent communication skills to liaise with health professionals and health agencies. We are also looking for someone with broad clinical knowledge and experience who values teamwork and is an innovative and flexible thinker, motivated by excellent clinical outcomes. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
