Description Founded in 1971, Colorado Springs Christian Schools (CSCS) is one of Colorado’s leading Christian educational schools for grades K-12. CSCS is a private, non‑denominational school accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI). All courses are taught from a Christ-centered, biblical perspective by a committed and caring faculty. Minimum Educational Requirements & Ministerial Expectation Collegiate level education or advanced technical training in technology required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee technology needs on all campuses, including CSCS Colorado Springs, CSCS Woodland Park, Handprints Early Education Centers, and rented facilities Demonstratable knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, cyber security protocols, and telephone infrastructure Broad understanding of the technological needs of a company, educational background preferred Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities Maintain proper equipment organization and inventory Actively participate in planning for system upgrades and enhancements Project management experience Self‑motivated and able to meet objectives with little or no direct supervision Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration communication skills Ability to explain and assist with technological concepts in a manner conducive to the target audience Work and manage system helpdesk items on all campuses Create and manage technology budget, using CSCS resources efficiently Work with contracted company effectively for technology needs All other duties assigned Commits and fully supports the missional and organizational standards including our Core Values, Mission Statement and Doctrinal Statement Additional Qualifications, Skills and Responsibilities Evidence of spiritual maturity and strong grasp of Christian biblical truths Through effective communication, build healthy, effective relationships with fellow staff members and students Occasional travel among CSCS properties required, including CSCS Colorado Springs, CSCS Woodland Park, Handprints Early Education Center, and rented facilities Flexibility to work after school hours occasionally for school events or emergency tech requests Supervise additional employees / volunteers as needed Colorado Springs Christian Schools shall comply with applicable laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination of any individual who is otherwise qualified.
