Overview FOH Server / Bartender Positions: We are looking for several experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our team! We have full-time and part-time roles available. Key tasks include managing a section with full table service, making cocktails and serving beer, and providing high levels of service and hospitality. As a high-capacity venue, we are a fast-paced environment, and staff must be able to communicate confidently with guests and management. With each day bringing something different, adaptability to the environment is a must! Responsibilities Manage a busy section with full table service. Prepare cocktails and serve beer. Provide high levels of service and hospitality. Communicate with guests and management confidently. Adapt to a fast-paced venue environment. Follow an Order of Service as required. Key Requirements Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential. Knowledge and interest in craft beer is a positive. Experience with a POS system is beneficial, but full training will be provided. Strong communication skills and confidence in communicating in English. Ability to manage a busy section and communicate with the Manager when needed. Ability to follow an Order of Service and provide full table service to guests. Availability We have part-time and full-time positions available. The ability to work evenings and weekends is essential. Benefits Training and opportunities for career development within our group.
