As a fun and energetic team member your role includes product placement, merchandising, ensuring the store is kept well stocked and tidy alongside providing fantastic customer service. Specific duties include: Leading by example by providing friendly and accurate advice to our customers Maintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes and in-store promotions Ensuring a high store presentation standard Assisting with branch stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well stocked Contributing to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing. Who we’re looking for Previous retail experience is essential for this role, and ideally within a similar role where you’ve had exposure to merchandising. Not only will you contribute on the shop floor with your strong customer services skills and helping our customers, but also demonstrate a creative flair for store presentation.
