This is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity supporting an internal secondment within the team. As a Senior Pricing Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in helping shape Business Lending pricing decisions through data‑driven insights, strong governance, and effective stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the Head of Pricing and a broad range of stakeholders, you’ll analyse complex pricing data, monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support commercial outcomes and customer value. Key Responsibilities Deliver pricing analysis, insights, and reporting that support strategic decision‑making. Monitor pricing performance, trends, risks, and outliers across the portfolio. Support frontline pricing tools and requests while ensuring strong governance practices. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance pricing processes. Translate complex data into clear and meaningful recommendations. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance on pricing principles and decisions. What will you bring? 2+ years’ experience in Pricing, Product Management, Analytics, Finance, or a similar role within Financial Services. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to identifying and managing risks. High levels of curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate outcomes. Knowledge of the New Zealand banking environment and customer needs (desirable). Experience with pricing tools, portfolio monitoring, or performance reporting (desirable). Benefits 4 weeks standard holiday + 5 additional days of wellbeing leave.
