About the Opportunity We’re currently exploring the market for an experienced kitchen professional to join our growing team. Depending on your background, this could suit a: Head Chef Sous Chef Senior Baker Catering Chef An experienced all-rounder ready for the next step This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced catering environment where no two days look the same. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, strong standards, and a genuine passion for food and hospitality. The exact shape of the role will depend on the experience and strengths of the successful candidate. You’ll be working an average of 35 to 45 hours per week, ideally on a roster depending on business needs. Due to the nature of the business, hours may fluctuate up or down at times — plenty of notice is generally provided through a roster system that you may help manage. Some early starts, evening work, and weekend shifts may be required. Events can be held onsite and offsite, so some travel around the city may also be involved. What You Could Be Involved In Menu planning and food preparation across a wide range of offerings Event preparation and execution Kitchen organisation and service coordination Ordering, stock control, and food costing Supporting or leading kitchen operations Maintaining high food safety, quality, and presentation standards Coaching and supporting junior team members Working collaboratively with the wider operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment and brings a positive, solutions‑focused mindset to everything they do. You may come from catering, commercial kitchens, hospitality, events, baking, or premium food production — what matters most is your attitude, capability, and ability to deliver consistently high standards.
