We need a leader who leads from the front with energy, focus, and strategic vision. To be successful, you must have: NZ experience with a familiarity with the NZ Curriculum, assessment for learning and a track record of effective classroom practice and team management in a NZ school environment. A relentless commitment to driving school-wide initiatives, evaluating data strategically, and lifting teaching standards across your team. Expertise in evidence-based practices—such as Structured Literacy and mastery-based mathematics—and the ability to coach others. There is also possibility of an additional fixed term unit for expertise in areas that drive our strategic plan. We offer a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
