Job Description
Project Manager – Auckland We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Auckland team, supporting the delivery of a strong pipeline of Property & Buildings projects across the region. This is a Junior level role that offers a great opportunity for a developing PM to take ownership of projects end-to-end, while learning from experienced leaders and building your career in a nationally recognised consultancy. In this role, you’ll help manage projects from initiation through to delivery and close-out, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients. You will: Assist with managing projects to deliver on time, within budget and to a high quality standard Prepare project briefs, specifications, contract documentation and fee estimates Coordinate project teams and maintain clear communication across stakeholders Build strong client relationships and provide proactive updates on project progress Support financial management including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing Identify and manage risks, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives Apply structured project management methodologies while adapting to project needs Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned About You You’ll be an organised, motivated early career Project Manager who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will bring: A relevant degree in Property, Construction, Engineering or a related field Experience assisting with project delivery within the built environment or consultancy sector Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities An understanding of project delivery frameworks, contracts and risk management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A client-focused, solutions-oriented approach PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or working towards) is advantageous A clean, current driver’s licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
