Service Assistants - Casual

This is your chance to work in a "big box" format store and be part of a passionate and committed team. We’re looking for reliable, customer‑focused all‑rounders to join our team for the seasonal peak period. These roles involve a variety of tasks across the store – from helping customers on the shop floor, assisting with trolley collection, customer order collections, and general store support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team, and is happy to roll up their sleeves wherever needed. What we’re looking for: Strong customer service focus – approachable, helpful, and proactive Fit and capable of heavy lifting Very reliable, with the flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends (to support leave cover and peak periods) Positive, enthusiastic, can‑do attitude and willingness to take on different tasks Ability to cope well in a fast‑paced environment Previous big‑box retail or customer service experience is an advantage Availability from first week of August throughout the Xmas and New year period What we offer: A supportive team environment Variety in your work – no two days are the same Opportunities to learn across different areas of the store If you’re reliable, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we’d love to hear from you.
