Job Description
We are seeking a Checkout Manager extraordinaire! The role will involve the following: Managing, organising and supporting our checkout team Admin tasks such as timesheets and rosters Customer services including lotto, checkout operating, packing and supervising Overseeing the successful operations of our checkout team Please note: Our busiest times are long weekends/public holidays, summer holidays and our team members are required to work through these periods. The person we are looking for will have the following attributes: Have a passion for giving excellent customer service and going the extra mile for our customers Be able to ‘lead from the front’ and set high standards for the team Be able to work well in a team and also be self-managing Must be able to show initiative, be honest and reliable Must have a positive outlook and a ‘can-do’ attitude Have great problem-solving skills and attention to detail You must also be physically fit as it involves being on your feet all day A liquor duty manager certificate is preferable This role is 40 hours per week and involves working one day in the weekend and some evening work.
