About the role Dynamics 365 CE Lead Consultant (Relocate to Malta/Big 4) Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in Dynamics 365 implementations for medium to large organisations. This role focuses on leading customer delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Responsibilities Organise, manage and document workshops, meetings and requirement sessions with client representatives and project stakeholders. Work with onsite engagement and client teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalise deliverables. Interface with other team members and the Solution Architect to ensure CRM solutions meet client requirements. Lead the solution on a work stream, make design decisions and create solution documentation. Deliver high‑quality business and software solutions, ensuring best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards. Produce sustainable client solutions and project documentation, supporting testing activities. Follow project methodology, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Build demos and proof‑of‑concept solutions for client presentations. Contribute to industry‑specific solution development. Support people management, development, performance assessment and career progression. Maintain internal processes and mandatory training. Handle additional duties as required by management. Represent the client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team professionally. Stay updated on product roadmap and future releases of D365FO. Support upselling and company capabilities. Follow client Information Security Policies. Qualifications Confident in front of clients and able to showcase capabilities. Independent and team‑oriented work ethic. Professional demeanour and client‑centric focus. Strong time‑management and multitasking skills. Calm under pressure, solving complex problems creatively. Continuous learning mindset for new technologies and software. University graduate with a computing or business degree. Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (2016, D365) highly desirable. Extensive functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM across industries. 12+ years of hands‑on functional experience in CRM configuration, workflows, dashboards, forms, views and report development. 5‑6 end‑to‑end large‑scale D365 CE implementations, designing applications using Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service modules. Experience in presales. Interviewing and hiring talent. Experience designing applications with Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Virtual Agents, Power BI). Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and custom Business Data Models. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Accelerators, industry templates and add‑ons. Ability to guide clients on digital transformation roadmaps. Track record of successful maintenance or implementation across business verticals. Consultancy experience in software delivery. Proficient in waterfall, agile and DevOps methodologies. Business Requirements Analysis expertise. Strategic thinking with solutions beyond current implementations. Project documentation experience for offshore teams. Business process mapping, modelling and documentation proficiency.
