Mō te tūnga | About the Role We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis during the E26 period. This role is focused on supporting business‑as‑usual financial processing, helping ensure continuity of services while the wider team supports E26 programme work. In this role, you’ll deliver accurate and timely accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchase card processing, while ensuring compliance with financial policies and legislative requirements. This is a varied and hands‑on role where you will: Process Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions Monitor and check purchase card transactions Reconcile accounts, manage queries, and follow up on outstanding invoices and transactions Build strong relationships while delivering high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced finance environment Identify and suggest improvements in processing procedures Tō kete | What You’ll Bring Strong financial processing experience and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong planning, organisation, and time‑management abilities Sound knowledge of financial legislation and parliamentary processes High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Mō mātou | About us We offer a range of benefits including access to an on‑site gym and pool, learning and development opportunities.
