Practice Manager

Are you a seasoned Veterinary Nurse looking to progress, or an experienced Practice Manager seeking a fresh opportunity? Pet Doctors Thorndon is looking for a Full Time Practice Manager to join our Wellington team. This is a hands on leadership role where you will continue supporting veterinary nursing duties while guiding and developing a high performing team. You will work closely with our Lead Vet, alongside a skilled group of veterinarians and nurses, in a well established small animal clinic, conveniently located next to Wellington train station. This opportunity suits someone who thrives on teamwork, values a positive clinic culture, and enjoys helping others grow. Whether you are stepping up from a senior nursing role or bringing established leadership experience, you will be supported with ongoing development and guidance from your Regional Manager and a wider network of Practice Managers.
