About the Role Join the Rehabilitation Equipment Store team and play an important role in supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes. This varied position combines equipment delivery and fitting, client support, administration, logistics coordination, and equipment management. You will work closely with Allied Health Professionals, assist with home visits, fit the equipment to suit, and contribute to the smooth operation of a service that directly impacts the wellbeing and independence of people across the Bay of Plenty. About the Team/Service/Location The Rehabilitation Equipment Store sits within Community Allied Health Services, a team dedicated to delivering client focused, holistic care that helps people remain safe, independent, and well in their own homes. Based in Tauranga and supporting communities across the Bay of Plenty, the service works closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other Allied Health Professionals to provide equipment and resources that support rehabilitation, recovery, and independence. Known for its collaborative, innovative, and supportive culture, the team is passionate about empowering clients and whānau to achieve the goals that matter most to them. You are a proactive and adaptable individual who enjoys practical, hands‑on work while building positive relationships with patients, whānau, and colleagues. You bring a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a genuine desire to make a difference in peoples lives. You work well independently and within a team, communicate confidently with people from diverse backgrounds, and are comfortable balancing physical tasks, administration, and service coordination responsibilities.
