You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to deliver high-quality, innovative products. You’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on in trials, benchwork, and real product development, while also building your technical expertise and contributing to longer-term innovation strategies. Key Responsibilities Deliver product development projects on time and within budget Design, run and report on experiments and factory trials Develop and maintain product specifications and technical documentation Ensure products meet food safety, regulatory and quality standards Identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimisation and quality improvement Provide technical support across operations and stakeholders Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Stay up to date with new technologies and industry About You You’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on, and being part of a team that brings ideas to life. You love food and have sound culinary cooking skills. Lisa’s is about flavour and having a passion for creating tasty food is a must. You’ll bring: A degree in Food Technology or a related science field 2+ years’ experience in a relevant industry, ideally in a high care environment Knowledge of food safety, microbiology, HACCP, and regulatory standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Nice to have Experience in sensory, QA/QC, or product development Understanding of how formulation decisions impact business outcome All applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in New Zealand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
