Expression of interest for a Fixed Term Full Time Workplace Administrator till July 2027. Lower Hutt based. Competitive salary ranging from $57,096 to $62,773, depending on experience. We are currently seeking an expression of interest to come and join our great, supportive, and fun team and grow your administration experience to new heights! In this rewarding role, you will: Be responsible for administration needs to support a range of casework activity. Assist with financial plans, including maintaining accurate records and reconciliation of workplace financial activities. Liaise with vendors, casual staff, and other key stakeholders including various cultural groups and backgrounds. Book rooms, answer phones, and assist on the reception desk. Effectively identify and elevate risks where appropriate and look for opportunities to improve operations. Deal with critical scenarios in a calm, professional manner. Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will bring: Full clean New Zealand drivers licence. Strong computer and Microsoft skills. Effective organisational, planning and time management skills. Administration and coordination skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience. Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture.
