Job Description As Practice Manager, you’ll enjoy a varied and well-supported role that combines leadership responsibilities with hands‑on reception support. You’ll lead and inspire a passionate team while also helping create a welcoming and seamless experience for our patients at the front desk. How you’ll make an impact In this key leadership position, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our busy practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage the operational and financial performance of the practice, provide receptionist support when needed, and foster a positive and professional environment for staff and patients alike. Qualifications A confident and adaptable leader with proven experience in team leadership or practice management. Previous reception or front‑of‑house experience, ideally within healthcare or a customer‑focused environment. Dental or medical sector experience is preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and supporting team development. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Solid understanding of financial management, including budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and P&L.
