What You’ll Be Doing As a Registered Nurse with us, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional, resident-centred care. Every day you will: Complete initial and ongoing clinical assessments Plan, deliver and delegate high-quality nursing care Maintain accurate documentation and monitor health changes Review and adjust care plans for safety and effectiveness Build strong relationships with residents, families, whānau, and allied health professionals Support, mentor, and guide our care team Your work will directly enhance the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of our residents.
