Job Title: Patient Coordinator Location: Canterbury Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 This role will require travel between sites, mainly Canterbury, Worthing and Slough. About The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and is passionate about providing excellent care to our patients. We Are Looking For Someone Who Can Support patients and be first point of contact To maintain high standards of patient care at all times, responding sensitively to patients who are emotional and/or distressed To provide advice to patients about the services we provide which are available to them.
