Commercial Lending Manager

Working closely with key stakeholders across internal sales and relationship teams and external client relationships to manage smooth and productive credit outcomes, this position is a senior role managing quality deal flow, with your key focus being: Preparing and reviewing credit applications with a high standard of financial and risk analysis. Approving or declining applications and annual reviews Supporting the business across a quality Credit Risk Management Framework Monitoring and identifying higher-risk customers or sectors. Providing guidance, training, and credit support to internal stakeholders. Producing accurate and timely credit and portfolio reports. About You Extensive credit and lending experience within a bank or financial services institution, preferably across business, commercial or asset lending Sound understanding of financial statements, risk evaluation and credit structures. Working knowledge of commercial law, PPSA, Privacy Act, AML/CTF. Collaborative and self-motivated, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
