This is an opportunity to contribute to digital and information services that support NZQA's work to ensure New Zealand qualifications are recognised and respected, here and overseas.Mo te turanga | About the roleAs an Intermediate Business Analyst, you'll take ownership of defined analysis activities and help deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions across NZQA projects and initiatives. You'll work with stakeholders to understand business needs, shape clear requirements, and support delivery teams to turn ideas into workable outcomes.In this role, you'll:Draw out, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, user stories and acceptance criteria.Map current-state processes, spot risks and improvement opportunities, and shape future-state processes that support better business outcomes.Build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops and discussions, validate requirements, and explain complex information clearly.Work closely with delivery teams to keep solutions aligned to business needs, support testing, and maintain clear, useful analysis documentation.He ahei au | What you'll bring to the roleYou'll bring hands-on business analysis experience, clear communication skills, and the confidence to work independently while contributing to strong team outcomes.
