Job Description
Administrator, Linton Military Camp Location: Linton Camp, Palmerston North 4820, New Zealand. Provides contract administration support, including processing contract variations, invoicing, and pricing. Provides day‑to‑day office administration support and ensures all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant. Collects operational asset management data and provides accurate, timely information to NZDF and Citycare Property stakeholders. Monitors, maintains, and updates Health & Safety records in accordance with organisational and NZDF requirements. Interacts professionally and respectfully with NZDF personnel, contractors, and site users at all times. Works safely and in compliance with all health & safety, quality and environmental standards and expectations. NCEA Level 2 or School Certificate equivalent. Experience in an administration or coordination role within an operational, project, or facilities environment. Experience managing records, documentation, and reporting. Experience working with multiple stakeholders. Absolute alignment with Citycare Property values. Legal right to work in Aotearoa, ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and willingness to consent to a Criminal Record Check. Ability to meet NZDF specific security requirements.
