ICT Support Analyst – Helpdesk The Opportunity The Beca ICT team plays a critical role in delivering technology solutions and support services to the Beca business. The team works collaboratively across our global centers in the planning and delivery of an IT support network that maintains a progressive and technologically agile culture. As our business grows, we have an opportunity for a resilient and customer focused graduate Helpdesk Support to provide IT Support in our Auckland office. Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager based in Auckland, you will be primarily responsible for resolving user requests via the phone. This is a busy ICT support role that covers a wide spectrum and training will be provided for the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Providing 1st and 2nd level support for user requests and promptly resolve various software and hardware issues across the business. Strong focus on ownership, problem‑solving, and end‑to‑end resolution. Familiar with Office 365, Windows, Entra ID, Active Directory, Configuration Manager, Intune, Security, file and directory permissions, adding/deleting users, etc. Deliver a high‑quality standard of services to internal and external clients. Manage, prioritise or escalated incidents and service requests aiming to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide end‑user IT support for hardware and software. About You Must be able to communicate in writing and orally with precision and clarity, and adjust for intended audience’s varying levels of understanding and background. Understand and demonstrate the importance of excellent customer service. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Passion for Information Technology and have general IT knowledge gained through education or experience. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
