Your work ensures everything is running safely, efficiently, and ready to perform during key seasonal periods like harvest and pruning. This is a hands‑on role where your practical skills and problem‑solving ability will be put to good use every day. What you’ll be doing Diagnosing faults and repairing tractors and vineyard machinery Carrying out routine servicing and preventative maintenance Maintaining engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems Supporting vineyard operations by ensuring machinery is ready when needed Assisting with setup and calibration of vineyard implementsModifying or fabricating equipment to improve efficiency Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe Managing tools, parts, and maintenance records What we’re looking for Mechanically minded and hands‑on Ideally experienced with agricultural or vineyard machinery Strong problem solver who can work independently Reliable and adaptable, especially during busy seasonal periods A great team player with good communication skills Ideally, you’ll also have: A trade qualification in Heavy Automotive Engineering, Diesel Mechanics or similar What makes this role special?
