This Expression of Interest is for Supervisors who are passionate about delivering high quality paving and sealing works, leading crews on site, and achieving strong safety, quality and commercial outcomes. Successful candidates will be considered for upcoming Supervisor roles across the region as they become available. Key Responsibilities Supervising multiple construction and/or drainage crews to achieve agreed productivity, quality and safety targets Planning daily and weekly work programmes and allocating labour, plant and resources Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities Liaising with clients, internal teams and regional stakeholders Actively leading and promoting Downers Zero Harm culture Important Skills You’ll be an experienced Supervisor or leading hand ready to step up, with a practical, solutions-focused mindset and strong people skills. Proven experience supervising teams in construction, drainage, civil maintenance or related environments Strong leadership capability and the ability to motivate and develop others Relevant industry licences and tickets, or the ability to obtain them Experience working to programmes, budgets and performance targets Excellent communication skills both written and oral Requirements All successful applicants must undertake a pre‑employment drug test and medical in accordance with a drug and alcohol‑free workplace policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
