Customer Service Representative – Global Wave Group Location: Albany, Auckland (Office based) Reports to: Customer Service Lead Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via online chat and email, assisting clients with issues and questions. Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments. Work closely with the sales team to address daily sales-related matters. Essential Requirements Previous customer service experience is preferred. Experience in stock or securities trading is a plus. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Thai, Filipino, Malay or Vietnamese. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong communication and adaptability skills with a responsible work attitude. Able to work efficiently with team leaders to meet team objectives. Willing to work non-standard New Zealand business hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
