Customer Care Agent - SIXT

Join SIXT as a Customer Care Agent & Call Centre Specialist We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Agent to join our team at SIXT! This role is based at our SIXT Support Office. Our Customer Care Agents are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building enduring partnerships, driven by the love of cars with the focus to deliver the world’s best automotive journeys and brands. As the business’ first point of contact for customers, you will instinctively engage in every interaction with a one contact resolution and win‑win outcome in mind. You will be passionate about our business’ vision, mission and purpose and actively sell brand excitement with all our customers. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly. Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics. Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Keep records of all conversations in the system in a comprehensible way. Handle damages and infringements throughout the company. Work on a rotating roster including weekends. About You Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys making a difference for our customers. You should also have: Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and likes dealing with people. You are a solid team player with the ability to build rapport & mutual respect with clients, subcontractors, suppliers & office team members. You are organized, systematic & demonstrate a high level of accuracy & attention to detail. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
