Store Assistant for All Heart ChCh

All Heart Store – Volunteer Position All Heart Store ChCh managed by Volunteering Canterbury is looking for dedicated volunteers who enjoy serving their community. The role requires 2-4 hours of availability per week to help in our store, primarily serving customers and assisting with stock preparation, and other general tasks such as cleaning furniture. We seek a people‑person who is physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving items around the store. The store opens from 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 4 pm Saturday, so availability during these hours is required. Responsibilities Serve customers and provide assistance. Assist with stock preparation for sale. Perform general tasks including cleaning of furniture. Other duties as required. Skills and Qualities Punctual, reliable and friendly. Physically able to lift and move items. Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
