You’ll be much more than an order taker, you’ll be a trusted advisor who drives growth. Process orders and craft accurate quotes while actively identifying opportunities to grow sales Understand customer needs deeply and recommend the right steel solutions to help them succeed Provide expert guidance, upsell complementary products, and build lasting relationships with our valued clients Deliver seamless service across phone, email, web, and in-person channels About You You thrive in a fast-paced environment and get a real buzz from solving problems while spotting ways to create extra value for customers. You’re: A natural communicator with strong commercial instincts Proactive, solutions-focused, and genuinely passionate about customer success Accurate, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence Someone who enjoys turning enquiries into satisfied, repeat customers Experience in the steel, construction, or manufacturing sectors is highly advantageous, but not essential.
