Digital Content Specialist – Full Time Auckland, New Zealand. Responsibilities Produce and publish digital content across websites and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and high‑quality customer experiences. Build and update web pages within CMS platforms, delivering content efficiently and aligned to brand and customer needs. Manage content workflows and approval processes, ensuring all changes are compliant, well‑reviewed and delivered on time. Analyze website performance using data and insights to improve content, user experience and overall digital engagement. Optimize content for search engines, applying SEO best practices to improve discoverability and performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to test, learn and continuously improve digital content and customer journeys. Qualifications & Skills Experience managing digital content across websites, ideally in complex or regulated environments. Highly skilled in content management systems such as AEM, with confidence publishing and maintaining content. Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for performance and visibility. Ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions and improve digital content outcomes. Disciplined approach to work, with uncompromising attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
