Guide, mentor and support Team Members on their shift and support Senior Managers to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Ensure that all operational standards are met, including food safety, quality and customer measures. Problem solve should issues arise and elevate to experts as required e.g. if kitchen machinery require repairing. Ensure the Health & Safety of all employees. Coach and help train Team Members.
