Payroll Officer Location: Auckland, NZ, 0624 Onsite or Hybrid: OnSite Part‑time Payroll Officer (3 days) based in Devonport, Auckland. You’ll work across systems like IFS, collaborate with HR and Finance, and play a key role in maintaining compliance with employment and KiwiSaver legislation. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, you'll build trusted relationships, identify opportunities to enhance processes, and help deliver a consistent, accurate, and compliant payroll service. About you You're a detail‑driven payroll professional who takes pride in getting things right the first time. You confidently manage competing deadlines and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation, building strong working relationships and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You understand payroll legislation and enjoy working with systems like IFS or similar HRIS platforms. You maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate sound judgement, and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes. Most importantly, you bring a proactive mindset, a positive and solutions‑focused approach, and a genuine drive to identify improvements that enhance payroll accuracy, consistency, and the employee experience.
