You’ll foster a positive sales culture through continuous learning and growth, build relationships with your team, customers, and stakeholders, and ensure the store is profitable and vibrant. In our fast‑paced, ever‑changing retail environment you will need to pivot quickly and stay ahead of the game. Working Hours Tuesday – 7:30 am to 5 pm Wednesday – 11:30 am to 9 pm Thursday – 7:30 am to 5 pm Friday – 7:30 am to 5 pm Saturday – 7:30 am to 5 pm Qualifications Proven significant management experience, preferably within a retail environment. Competence in all aspects of Store Operations. Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with customers and influence sales.
