Job Description Are you a recent science graduate or early-career professional with a passion for customer engagement and a desire to launch your career in sales? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic and high-performing sales team focused on delivering complete solutions to customers through our Total Account Management approach. We’re looking for a motivated, coachable and customer-focused individual to support our team of Account Managers in building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities across our full product and service portfolio. In this role, you’ll gain first-hand experience in solution-based selling, customer interaction and business development, supported by structured training, mentorship and ongoing professional development. What You’ll Do Partner with Account Managers to support existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions and drive commercial outcomes. Assist with sales processes including quoting, lead generation and contract renewals. Sell analytical instruments, consumables and service contracts. Support telesales and inside sales activities targeting untapped and high‑potential accounts. Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value-added support. What We Offer A structured onboarding and training program. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences or a related discipline. Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part‑time or graduate roles). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment. Additional Details Full-time weekly schedule with the option to work remotely. Pay ranges are determined by role, level and location and may vary based on experience and education.
