Warehouse Lead | New Onehunga Facility | Permanent Full-Time | Start August 2026 The Role We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to take ownership of our warehouse operations and inventory management function. This is a hands‑on, sole‑charge role responsible for managing all inward and outward goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are available to support our operational teams and customer requirements. As we transition into a larger facility, you’ll play a key role in establishing efficient warehouse processes, improving inventory accuracy, and helping shape how our warehouse function operates into the future. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of all warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control activities Manage all inward and outward goods, including receipting, dispatch, stock allocation, and logistics coordination Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are effectively managed across the business Conduct regular stock‑takes and investigate inventory discrepancies Check, label, organise, and prepare materials for technicians, projects, and customers Support the successful transition into our new warehouse facility and contribute to the development of efficient warehouse processes Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational performance Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to support day‑to‑day service delivery and project requirements Maintain a safe, organised, and well‑presented warehouse environment Work closely with operational teams, suppliers, and technicians to support business requirements What You’ll Bring Minimum of at least 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or stock control Experience managing inward and outward goods, receipting, dispatch, and inventory accuracy Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work Ability to work independently and take ownership of a sole‑charge warehouse operation Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and inventory systems Good written and verbal communication skills Initiative, accountability, and a practical problem‑solving mindset Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 25kg Stable work history and reliable attendance record Current Forklift Licence Full New Zealand Driver Licence What's in it for you!
