About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and service-driven Butler to join our team and deliver highly personalized, world-class service. As a Butler at Rosewood Kauri Cliffs, you will act as the key point of contact for our guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay is seamless, thoughtful, and memorable. From welcoming guests to coordinating bespoke experiences, you will play a vital role in creating the exceptional service standards Rosewood is known for. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on anticipating guest needs, delivering refined service, and creating meaningful connections. Key Responsibilities Provide a personalized welcome and orientation, ensuring guests feel immediately at home Build meaningful connections by anticipating needs and arranging special requests with care and efficiency Deliver all in-suite Food & Beverage services with professionalism and attention to detail Manage guest requests and itineraries, ensuring accurate, timely follow-up Collaborate across departments to create seamless and unified guest experiences What You Will Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within hotels, resorts, or lodges Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with immaculate personal presentation Working knowledge of property management systems (an advantage) Ability to manage guest itineraries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion A genuine passion for creating personalized, memorable guest experiences Adaptability, resourcefulness, and an intuitive approach to anticipating guest needs What we offer: This is a full-time salaried position, we offer delicious associate lunches and access to our Associate Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners.
